We have played modern club jazz before but this here is the most attention it has grabbed on the Soul to Unite show. It is a real treat! Featured in the mix are tracks from Nicola Conte, Trüby Trio, Gotan Project, Jazzanova, Nick Holder and many others. This set really proves that Cordis has some serious DJing skills.

The past week has been so beautiful here in Estonia. Clear blue skies, a lot of snow and temperatures most of you would consider unhuman. After all, 20-30 degrees below zero is no laughing matter.

But you can’t argue that this is winter in it’s true beauty. And perhaps this is the reason why this weeks Radio Hour episode is almost all about the most beautiful house music tracks you could find.

Can’t believe we have reached episode number 80!

The second show of 2011 kicks off with first half being more laid-back soulful house, with some brand new favorites from the likes of Mark Di Meo, Lem Springsteen, Steven Stone and DJ Spen.

The second part grabs the attention with serious beats and basslines. Estonian producer Bert On Beats delivers amazing tribal rhythms followed by a nu-disco remake of old classic ‘Long Train Running’. This is followed by Rasmus Faber and Alf Tumble – once again showing how diverse house music can be.

The latest Soul to Unite Radio Hour is all about the hottest tunes. And for a good reason – it’s time to celebrate the birthday of DJ Cordis.

The beginning of the show takes us to Africa, with amazing new track from Sumthyn Black but also african feel from boys from US of A  - Yoruba has remixed Andre Torquato Project and Ezel took his try with ‘I Apologize’ by Oveus Maximus.

The bass and somewhat broken beats take center stage with new music from Maddslinky and MdCL followed by some more African favorites of ours – ‘African Flute’ and ‘Ubuntu’.

But Soul to Unite is mostly recognized by our soulful and uplifting selection and we prove to be top of the game with the remaining of the show. Amazing new remix by DJ Meme, this time of Steven Stone & Anthony Moriah track ‘Lay Your Hands’. Also to take note are the two tracks from Tortured Soul – we’re getting ready to see them in Estonia on 21st of October.

To end the show, SD picked a new favorite from Ananda Project – truly a masterpiece.

As we move closer to autumn, the heart is still filled with the sun gathered during the amazing summer we had this year. The energy stored with the hotness will carry us through out the winter determined to give you one of the hottest house music shows on the planet.

We kick off the new season with a very strong show delivered by SD.

A few highlights of the show include new tracks from Richard Earnshaw (a great remix of ‘Diamond Life’), Nick Doe, Leroy Burgess (one of the favs for September chart) and many more. And of course not forgetting the chart-topping ‘Lunar Eyes’ by BabyFace Jay & Elrae from August.

The first part of the show is uplifting soulful house with the second hour dropping in to the deepness thanks to Agoria, Ansari and one of the hottest deep house tracks for us – ‘Stories’ by Jose Chave.
