Thanks to everyone who tuned in to the 50th episode of Soul to Unite Radio Hour couple of weeks back! The feedback has been great and we even reached top 5 of SS Radio UK most listened shows.

With the fresh episode #51 we are back on track with our regular programming.

This episode has a spotlight on three labels – Estonian based Lejal Genes and UK based Gotta Keep Faith and Deep Red Records. Bunch of new stuff from the three plus some tracks we haven’t played in a long time or not at all.

Lejal Genes just released a compilation 3xCD with 50 top tracks from the labels history. Although mostly a hiphop label, they also have released some amazing electronica and we picked a few from that department to play for you.

Gotta Keep Faith also has a new EP coming out later his month called “21st Century Soul” produced by Castlebed.

SD & Cordis are back in the building! Well, actually more like we’re back in your computer, ipod, phone or whatever you use to listen our bi-weekly selection of soulful and uplifting house.

As it is the new month, we have four new featured tracks – tracks we really really really want to point out throughout the month. And in addition to that we have some four unreleased promos and exclusives for you!

First is the Soulsearcher’s “Can’t Get Enough”. Released in 1998, this is the first release from the now gigantic Defected Records. Legendary track produced by Marc Pomeroy.

The second featured one is by Svenson & King and is called “Solebango”. Demarkus Lewis just released brand new remixes on Slip’n'Slide! Demarkus does his thing! Deep house with a touch of latin feel. Banger!

For the third featured track of the month we’re traveling to Italy. Mario Caminita’s “Soul On Fire” is a brand new release on Nu Deep Music.  It will be officially released in mid-October and we’re just loving it! This time we played the deep lounge mix but the rest are great too and will get airtime on the next show.

And for the final featured track we look back. Way back to 1979 with Candido and “Jingo”. The legendary Salsoul Records released the track which by now has been sampled and remixed countless times and has made to house music dance floors all over the world. We are featuring the original from 1979 – there was one year to go for both of us to born.
